These Terms of Service define the rules for using the mdssoftware.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Use of the Service is voluntary and indicates acceptance of these Terms.

User - a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit using the Service

Services - services provided by the Administrator, including software development, consulting, integrations and automation

The Service is used to present the Administrator's offer in the field of custom software development.

• Completed projects and portfolio

• Software development services offered (Next.js, .NET, integrations)

• Collaboration models and project implementation process

• Contact details and collaboration opportunities

The Service enables contact with the Administrator via contact form and email.

By using the Service, the User agrees to:

• Comply with legal regulations and provisions of these Terms

• Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose

• Not undertake actions that may disrupt the Service's operation

All disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by common courts competent for the Administrator's seat.

These Terms take effect on the date of publication in the Service.
