Yes. In the Time & Material model, there is a 14-day notice period - you only pay for the actual time worked. In the Fixed Scope model, cancellation terms are specified in the contract, but we always operate according to good business practice principles.
After payment of the invoice, 100% of the rights to the source code and all project assets transfer to the client. We provide full intellectual property (IP) ownership along with documentation and repository access. We retain no rights to your code.
It depends on priority: critical failures (application not working) - response within 4 hours. High priority issues - within 1 business day. Other reports - within the next sprint or according to the SLA agreed in the support package.
Yes, from day one of collaboration you receive full access to the Git repository and task board (Jira, GitHub Projects, Trello). You can track progress in real-time, review code, comment on changes, and participate in code reviews.
